Denali is out of our D Litter; a daughter of Jabina Fjolle and our own Ira Argatos. Our D Litter turned out to be absolutely phenomenal in terms of quality, working ability and consistency. All 7 pups are working in SchH homes, where they are getting nothing but rave reviews from even the most seasoned of schutzhund enthusiasts who see them work.
Della is showing awesome potential in all phases. She has deep-nosed, concentrated tracking driven by high food drive and the wonderful natural tracking talent that her dam, Ira, always seems to stamp on her pups. Focused and drivey in obedience, she is very in-tune to her handler and has a great work ethic and high desire to please. Her bitework is everything it should be. Her barking is intense and she strikes hard, powering into the helper. Bites are always full and firm, and she shows no hesitancy even under stick threat and working on strange helpers in strange environments. Helpers with 30 years experience have been left shaking their heads in amazement at the talent this little girl possesses. Then when done working, she happily comes home and relaxes on the couch, proof positive that a dog of proper working temperament also excels as a family companion.
We look forward to incorporating Della into our breeding program in 2008, after she obtains her SchH titles.
