Dutari is out of our D Litter breeding between Jabina Fjolle and our own Ira Argatos. She is a littermate to our own young female, Della (Denali v Wildhaus). Like all of her siblings, Tari is showing everything we could hope for in a young schutzhund prospect. Intense, methodical, deep-nosed tracking. Excellent drive and focus in obedience and a strong desire to work with the handler. In protection she flies off the ground, powering into the helper, and always biting full and firm. Can’t wait to see this dog’s courage test when she matures, it will be breathtaking! She is a bold, confident dog, very resilient and showing a great deal of hardness, particularly for such a young female.
We originally kept Tari back for ourselves and began her work in schutzhund, but eventually it became apparent that this pup had exceptional talent that we were not going to be able to maximize. We already had enough dogs, and with both of us in process of working other young dogs toward titles, we knew we wouldn’t be able to devote the attention to Tari to truly realize her great potential. So we made the difficult decision to part with her and are thrilled to have the opportunity to co-own her. Tari and her handler and co-owner, Bridgett B., train with the South Metro Atlanta SchH club in Georgia where they have garnered many rave reviews... and more than a few considerable offers for Tari!
We are very enthusiastic about the accomplishments in store for Tari and Bridgett, and we are very excited to have the ability to use Tari in our breeding program in the future after she obtains her SchH titles.
